  1. Let us know what you’d like to order Send us a message through our contact page with:

    • The items you’d like to purchase

    • Your NDIS participant’s name

    • Your shipping details

  2. We’ll send you a personalised tax invoice You’ll receive an invoice with all the necessary details (item descriptions, codes, and payment info) to submit to the NDIS portal.

  3. Submit your claim Once the NDIS has reimbursed you, simply complete payment using your preferred method (bank transfer or online checkout).

  4. We’ll dispatch your order as soon as payment is received If you’d like us to reserve your kit in the meantime, just let us know—we’ll be happy to hold it for a short time up to two weeks.
