Payments

Payment of our products will be in Australian dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST and full and upfront payment of your purchase must be made before we can dispatch your order. Actual price charged is dependent on the delivery charges and/or exchange rate applied. For customers outside of Australia, you will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applicable by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure whether this is applicable to you, we do recommend that you contact your local tax or custom authority. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used. We do reserve the right to amend and/or change the pricing and rates at any given time.

Delivery

Free Shipping for orders over $150 in Australia.

Our products will be transported by a courier company chosen by Ablee Sensory. Please note that delivery addresses cannot be altered once an Order has been processed.

While we will make every reasonable effort through our packaging and our liaisons with our delivery services to ensure that your parcel is safe for transportation and arrives to you safely, you acknowledge that ownership of the parcels turned over to the courier company engaged by us transfers to the buyer. We will not be responsible for any loss, or damage to packages and will not be responsible for any errors in the supply of incorrect shipping information, or delivery errors through the courier company engaged.

We usually ship orders within 48 hours, and the estimated delivery time frame range between 3-7 business days. Please note however, this is an indication only. At certain times of the year, it can go beyond this, therefore we recommend allowing up to 7 business days for delivery. To ensure the safe delivery of your product(s), we recommend that someone is available to receive your order.

Ablee Sensory cannot be held accountable for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address entered at purchase. If your package is returned to sender, please contact us and we’ll be happy to issue a store credit for the value paid, minus any shipping fees.

If you are ordering outside of Australia, please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order.
